UBS Access – secure login 6.4.0.20

Log in to e-banking or the Mobile Banking app seamlessly and securely with the UBS Access app. Here's how:

1. Easily log in to Digital Banking:

   • E-banking: simply open the login page, scan the QR code with the Access app, enter your PIN, and get securely logged in to e-banking.
   • Mobile Banking: launch the Mobile Banking app, choose "Access app" as the login method, enter your PIN, and enjoy full access to all Mobile Banking app functions.

2. Securely approve online payments:

   • When making online payments using credit/prepaid card, you'll receive a Push message to confirm the payment with ease.
   • No need for a 3-D Secure password anymore.
   • Rest assured with maximum security standards that mitigate fraud risk.

3. Easily confirm new payment recipients:

   • Unblock the Access app with a PIN, review recipients, and approve payments hassle-free.
   • No Access card or card reader required.

4. Stay informed with security messages:

   • Receive notifications regarding security-related events like password changes, security settings updates, and contact detail modifications.

• Your chosen PIN safeguards the Access app, even if your smartphone is lost.

Activation requirements:

• If you have a banking relationship with UBS Switzerland AG, UBS Europe SE (Germany, Italy), or UBS AG (Hong Kong, Singapore) with a Digital Banking contract, ensure that you have a mobile number registered for security messages in Digital Banking. You can enter it in the Mobile Banking app's settings or the E-Banking portal's security settings section.
• If you have a banking relationship with UBS Europe SE (France, UK) and have a Digital Banking contract, activation requires an Access Card with a card reader or an Access Card Display.
